What is there to say about Luc that can't already be said just by seeing him for the first time. He's loud and outgoing, but not in an overly annoying kind of way. He's friendly and protective on anyone he meets. He's a gentleman who was raised by a family who dwelled on semi-old fashioned mannerisms. He's an open flirt and is often times oblivious to certain things. He doesn't quite know when to stop and doesn't listen to reason. He'll go off and do things on his own and has an unwavering determination.
He doesn't listen to what anyone says about what he does which makes him seem almost arrogant in a way. He means well, he just doesn't think things through. He believes he can get away with anything by just talking his way out of something. Lucian isn't one to get too worked up and deals with his issues through silence and patience. Though if he thinks someone's in too deep of trouble he will work to get them out. He isn't violent, but will fight if struck first. He's overall a laidback and hard working guy. Though he does come off as aggrivating by his "go with the flow" attitude.

Friends should be a big thing for Lucian. Since he's open and social, he should pretty much have a lot. He is sweet and caring and fiercely loyal to all. He's protective of his friends, but there are some who just can't deal with him so they tend to avoid him. He has a false reputation of being arrogant. He's just blunt and outgoing. So as far as friends, he'd mostly have a small circle of close friends and the rest as either aquaintances and just simple friends.

Lucian is a massive flirt. He uses his charm and wit to get what he wants. He is known for being a bit of a player. He usually only has flings or one night stands. Though in his heart he knows he wants a relationship and even had one at one time. But his unfaithful ways caused him to lose her. Though he's not open to an actual relationship, though only fings are needed. He has currently encountered his first love again. Though simple flings and one night stands are needed at the moment. His final is pretty much taken. He is trying to break his habits, but still flings are needed until he finally gets it through his head that he is ready for a relationship again.

To be honest, Lucian will only have a few rivals. Be it passed flings that didn't go too well or even someone who just plain doesn't like him. This all up to your creativity really. He will need only a few cause let's be honest no one could really hate Lucian. Though he may seem arrogant and irritating with his laidback ways, I doubt anyone could really hold a grudge. But then again we never know. So mutual hatred, rivals, past loves gone wrong, anything is needed here.
