Nathan as far as dating goes really doesn't want anything long term. He's more for flings at the moment. Though deep inside he longs for companionship and attention. He wants to feel like he's worth something. But he's too stubborn to really act on it. He'll try but feels as if isn't worth it. He is the jealous type no doubt about that and coupled with his Dependant Personality Disorder, he will latch onto you immediately. He's a complicated person and as much as he wants a relationship, he just can't find it in his heart to really try for one. He finds himself unworthy and will only flirt or try to impress, but his self esteem is slightly bruised so you won't get much out of him there.

Nathan should have very few friends. He's not exactly social but he befriends anyone who can put up with him. He tends to steer clear of social things in fear of being shunned. He only has a real relationships with his sister. Given his brash attitude and jealous nature, most tend to stay away from him. Though a few friends who can deal with him would be nice.

This all goes back to his jealous nature and tends to steer clear of anyone really. He wants to be appreciated and acknowledged and immediately dislikes anyone who overpowers him. In a way anyone to him is an enemy. It is hard for him to find friends when he thinks so harshly of everyone around him. So in a way everyone except family is an enemy to him. He thinks highly of himself, though his self esteem is bruised by his need for attention. So he would probably have more enemies than anything else.

So I think that he and Jordan could have an interesting relationship. It would go back and forth b/w being friends and disliking each other. More so dislike on Nathans part because as you state he tries to steer clear of friends and such. So I think that he and Jordan should meet randomly, I figure some where in the studio area b/c they are both a crew people or whatever. Anyone, so Jordan see him working all alone or something so being his normal really friendly/charming/awesome self (looool, moving on) he goes up and starts a convo. Then perhaps Nathan is a little wary of Jordan but think that they could probs be friends or w.e. So, fast-forwarding, one day they have a huge fight b/c Jordan is being his weirdo self and wants Nathan to hang out with him or something or do something that he doesn't want to do, so Nathan could perhaps be like 'no fuck this, fuck you you're annoying blahblahblah' and then Jordan is all 'well you're an annoying freak who is so insecure and blahblahblah'. Anyway, thats what I think, so how about you?

I can totally see that. Nathan wants friends, but his problem is he probably won't be good enough and bore them and like be a nuissance, though all he really wants is to be wanted and praised. It's really complicated but I think a few friends could help him break out a little more and understand. Considering he as Dependant Persoanlity Disorder, he'll basically latch on to anyone who shows him attention. Not in a clingy way but he'll work hard to get their approval. Some can't take this so that's why I said he'd only befriend those who can stand him. But yes I can see this on and off friendship/dislike thing happening. I was planning on making an open threa din the studio with Nathan, maybe I can tag it for Jordan. It's nice to have some kind of plot since Nathan was honestly a spur of the moment character XD But yes, I'll make the thread soon and we'll see how this plays out. It seems really ineteresting and I'm excited to see it play out.

Well it sounds like Jordan is the perfect man for the job, because he is pretty patient and loves friends, especially people that don't really want to be his friend. He's just the type of guy that'll keep trying to be friends with people no matter what, well until he is so annoyed, which takes quite a bit. Aha sweet, tag it for Jordan defs. I'm excited to (: !
